1. Scope of application

This dormitory management regulation is applicable to all students, teachers and staff living in the dormitory of Zhengda Institute of Physical Education, Zhengzhou campus.

2. Dormitory management

(1) The dormitory is managed by the dormitory management center, which is responsible for the daily management of the dormitory, the allocation and adjustment of dormitory beds, and the supervision and inspection of dormitory rules and regulations.

(2) The dormitory management staff shall have the following responsibilities:

1. Implement the dormitory management regulations and the instructions of the school's dormitory management center;

2. Carry out daily management and service of the dormitory, including room allocation, key issuance, inspection and maintenance, etc.;

3. Dormitory access

(3) When entering and leaving the dormitory, students must show their student ID card or other valid documents.

(4) It is forbidden to bring outsiders into the dormitory for accommodation.

4. Dormitory use

(1) Students should keep the dormitory clean and tidy, and it is forbidden to litter, spit or smoke in the dormitory.

(2) It is forbidden to use highpower electrical appliances in the dormitory, such as electric stoves, electric kettles, electric heaters, etc.

(3) It is forbidden to change the structure of the dormitory, such as moving the bed, changing the door lock, etc.

(4) It is forbidden to hang clothes, quilts and other items on the balcony and windows, and it is forbidden to throw garbage and sundries from the balcony and windows.

(5) It is forbidden to breed pets in the dormitory.

5. Dormitory management

(1) The dormitory management staff shall regularly inspect the dormitory and deal with the problems found in a timely manner.

(2) If any violation of dormitory rules and regulations is found, the dormitory management staff shall have the right to criticize, educate and punish the violator according to the regulations.

6. Supplementary provisions
